2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are listed in USD or EGP and include applicable taxes and service fees unless mentioned otherwise.
- Payment methods include credit card, debit card, or secure online payment gateways.
3. Confirmation
- After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message with full details of your excursion.
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at Sales@egyptlastminutes.com.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the excursion will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24–48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Certain excursions (e.g. flights, hot air balloon rides) may have stricter cancellation rules, which will be clearly stated.
5. Changes to Bookings
- We aim to be flexible. You may request to change the date or details of your booking up to 48 hours before the experience. All changes are subject to availability.
- Any price differences must be settled prior to the new tour date.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
- Please be on time for pick-ups. Late arrivals may result in missed activities without refund.
- You must follow safety instructions provided by guides or tour operators.
- Guests are responsible for their own health, belongings, and behavior during the trip.
7. Health & Safety
- Some excursions may not be suitable for individuals with medical conditions, limited mobility, or young children.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit to participate.
- Please inform us of any special requirements or allergies in advance.
8. Liability
- EgyptLastMinutes.com and its partners are not liable for injury, loss, accident, or damage incurred during excursions.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, governmental restrictions, or force majeure.
9. Third-Party Services
Some tours may involve third-party transportation, accommodations, or activities. While we carefully select partners, EgyptLastMinutes.com is not responsible for their performance or liability.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and media on our platform are owned by EgyptLastMinutes.com and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
